Heating Instructions
For best results, thaw product in cooler (<40° F) for 48 hours. However, product can still be cooked in a frozen state. Remove outer bag prior to reheating. Conventional Oven: Place cook-in-bag product in a conventional oven at 325° F. Cook until temperature reaches 165° F (approximately 3.5 to 4 hours*). 100% steam from frozen: 3 hours 5 minutes 100% steam from thawed: (thaw under refrigeration < 40° F) - 2 hours 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165◦ F Boil from frozen: 2 hours 55 minutes Boil from thawed: (thaw under refrigeration < 40° F)- 2 hours 15 minutes. Remove product from bag and slice product lengthwise. Shelf life is 12 months frozen and 14 days under refrigeration. *cooking times may vary with equipment
