  • 25 c Brown Rice – Cooked (1/2 c per serving)
  • ½ c Taco seasoning (1/2 tsp per serving)
  • 7lb Black beans - Canned and drained (2 oz per serving)
  • 3 c Corn Salsa - Prepared (1 TB per serving)
  • 3lb Shredded lettuce (1 oz per serving)
  • 3 c Ranchero sour cream ( 2.5 c sour cream, 0.5 c salsa-mix to combine) (1 TB per serving)


  1. Lightly toss the Shady Brook Farms® Turkey Breast strips in taco seasoning.
  2. Prepare the bowls with rice at the bottom
  3. Place seasoned turkey strips, black beans, corn salsa, lettuce, and ranchero sour cream on top of rice
