Ingredients

  • 50 bagels (white or wheat); Can serve in halves to meet nutritional requirements
  • 150 slices (6.5 lbs) Shady Brook Farms® Sliced Turkey Ham– 3 slices per sandwich
  • 50 slices white American cheese (1 slice per bagel)
  • 50 Sunny Fresh® egg patties, pre-warmed (1 per bagel)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. On a sheet tray, lay out sliced bagels on parchment – apx. 18-24 halves per tray
  3. Shingle on turkey ham, cheese and pre-warmed egg patty.
  4. Bake in oven at 350° F for 5-7 minutes, until warmed through.
